Fujian Zhongyan Mushroom Industry Co., Ltd. is an investment enterprise by Taiwanese businessmen. Mr. Lin Cilang, the company’s director, with the belief that “both sides of the strait are one family and sharing the Chinese dream,” entered Fujian Province in 2009 to invest and establish a factory, bringing advanced factory-based edible mushroom cultivation technology from Taiwan. The company has introduced advanced production lines from both domestic and international sources, implemented standardized process management, and adopted a rigorous quality management system to create the largest standardized, scaled, and year-round factory production base for edible mushrooms (king oyster mushrooms) in the country.
